Junior Class Student-Athlete Nomination

InstructionsOverview: This is a special award nominated by every high school football coach in the State of Utah to recognize the outstanding Junior Class scholar-athlete who best represents the ideals of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame - Utah Chapter. Please nominate a Junior from this year's team who has the "potential" to meet our Senior Scholar Award qualifications.
Qualifications: - First or Second-Team All-State
- Achieves a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Demonstrates outstanding football ability, performance and attitude
- Displays proven leader on his football team
- Contributes in a positive way to his community
Recognition: The winners from each high school will be recognized at our annual banquet on April 17th, 2012 at the UCCU Center (formerly David O. McKay Events Center) on the campus of Utah Valley University along with all other junior-class recipients including the senior class scholarship award winners. Entries
